Payment
Payment is due at time of service.  I accept Cash, Checks, and Zelle.  Sales tax will be added to your grooming fees as required.  

NJ Residents – 6.625%    There will be a $30.00 charge for insufficient funds.

Late Cancellation
24 hours advanced notice is required when cancelling or changing an appointment or a late cancellation fee of $35.00 will be charged.  I appreciate as much notice as possible so that I may rearrange my schedule 

Missed Appointments
If you are not home and I have traveled to you, a $50.00 no show fee per pet will be charged.  This fee must be paid prior to your next appointment.

Arrival Window
Due to the nature of the mobile grooming business and considerable opportunities for delay (weather, traffic, longer than expected time at a previous client) I can never guarantee the exact time of the scheduled appointment. I do guarantee that if we are going to be late I will be in contact to communicate the delay and our ETA within the arrival window I provided

Photos
Photographs of your dog may be taken for advertising purposes

Behaviour
I am unable to accept aggressive dogs.  Aggressive - meaning a danger to me as the groomer, or to the dog itself.  

Safety
Grooming may be stopped mid groom for the safety of the dog for any reason.

Vaccinations
Proof of rabies vaccine or Titer is required for all dogs over 6 months of age. Puppies should have 2 sets of puppy vaccinations that include Parvo and Distemper before I can provide grooming services.

Fleas
I do not accept dogs with fleas. If fleas are found during grooming and are minimal enough for me to continue, a $30.00 charge will be added.  This charge is for an All Natural Flea shampoo that does not contain pesticides and for the extra cleaning that will be necessary.  If your dog is found to have ​excessive fleas, the grooming will be discontinued.  Grooming can be rescheduled 48 hours after you have applied a veterinary approved treatment
